6th weekend had a Highland theme. There were plenty of Scotts, Scotts-wannabees, hearty players and appropriate overcast skies and moderate autumn temps. After 32 seasons, the faire still manages to create quite an impression on visitors as some fine folk from Maryland can attest to. Perhaps what amazes me personally that after 11 years I can still find fun and interesting things to photograph.

The previous description and all these wonderful images are brought to you by Frank Hui. Because of his devotion, I have nothing to add. --Robyn Sotherby

A message for some special people

It was actually a chilly morning

Posing with members of the fairy court

Lovely aren't they?

Oooh! He's new

But gallant nonethless. Well he is at court

The local artistes at it in the morning

A noble onlooker

There them hearty Scotts

This faire always has a striking element of fantasy

Part of the Fairy Garden

1 of many new touches

There are many exotics

trappings w/ a eastern flavor

Heiroglyphics? I guess we should keep moving

Honorable warrior
