Closed out the 31st season of the faire in glory and style. The theme was a Celtic Christmas and it felt like the whole faire got into the spirit of it. Yuletide music filled the air, the grounds and shops were filled with seasonal decorations-as were some participants-and of course Father Christmas. And perhaps even more than one. There was also plenty of out of town visitors to help make this the busiest and most fun weekend of the season.

The previous description and all these wonderful images are brought to you by Frank Hui. Because of his devotion, I have nothing to add. --Robyn Sotherby

A pettable Christmas tree

Fine friends

The talented Rebecca Merrill of Von Castle MacFarlan

She has a real gift for garb

Speaking of wonderful garb

Some court dancing

with a familiar rascal

and fine music

Others are enjoying it as well

Young Seymour I believe

For the weekend he shows his falle-uh, guardian angel

A whimsical game

She shoots,

She scores!

And more than once

A hearty minstrel at the Prince of Whales pub
