On the weekend of October 12th-13th, I made my perrenial jaunt to the Texas Renaissance Festival. The site had several new offerings including a new joust troup and venue, a greek food section with some tasty offerings,
some excellent new acts such as the Minstrels of Mayhem and Wolgemut. There was also a new addition to the garden area. On the site of the old battle mound is the Roman Basilica. With some careful planning I managed to see a lot of shows and cover most of the terrain. No small feat
since the area is over 55 acres. I even manage to do some socializing.
The previous description and all these wonderful images are brought to you by Frank Hui. Because of his devotion, I have nothing to add. --Robyn Sotherby
