Fate smiled on Andrea and I this past weekend. With Captain Sin Jin Hawk at the helm and steering through the night, we were able to take up our positions early Saturday morning at the King's Pub to tap the first libations. Below are just a few images of what to expect for the Fifth Annual Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire. Notice the permanant structures and animals. The Kid's Kingdom is well carved out and hosts a petting zoo for the younger visitors. There are also hoardes of vendors selling many fine wares (bring much money because there is plenty you'll want to buy). Since time is of the essence, my remarks are brief.
