Went out to help with a special event with the Heroes Alliance. They were invited to participate at the Peaceable Kingdom Retreat Camp. They hold activities for children with special needs in the Greater Fort Hood Area. The ACS EFMP in partnership with agencies on and off post, provide a summer camp for these kids. It was a fun day and we were part of a superhero meet & greet and scavenger hunt. The kids had to gather stickers and signatures from us. They were happy to do it and were excited to meet superheroes-most of them they recognized. there was a lot of showering of love.
