2003 marks the 30th anniversary for the Dickens Street Festival. It is presented by the Galveston Historical Society in downtown Galveston. It is quite a weekend event filled with a wide variety of shops, performers and festivities. The event drew a decent amount of patrons despite the crisp weather. This year's event apparently was a success exceeding previous years.

The previous description and all these wonderful images are brought to you by Frank Hui. Because of his devotion, I have nothing to add. --Robyn Sotherby
