The town of Kenosha had its fist annual Tall Ships festival. It was a decent start up event with some interesting
vessels to be toured and some nice music being performed. I attended on the morning of the last day. I had a nice time and had the wonderful opportunity to to Tom Lewis a fine folk singer and quite a songwriter
