Bristol Renaissance Faire's Official Website.*Cough* Um... here are the long promised images of the final costume contest at the Bristol Renaissance Faire. This is a great event in which the faire encourages patrons to come in garb. Throughout the early weeks of the faire, a daily contest is held. Winners from that contest compete in the semi-finals during one of the last weekends at faire. Finally, lucky persons flaunt themselves in front of judges in hopes of winning the grand prize. There is a prize for each category: peasant, middle class, and nobility. Detailed information regarding rules and the such can be found at the official web site of the Bristol Faire just below.
