The story of this season of Bristol Faire is a tale of true love. Nick Cutter and his crew have returned with a grand shipment of saltpeter (oooohhh!) for making gunpowder. This unfortunately infringes on the monopoly of Sir Robert Dudley and thus creates a situation. Nick has other things on his mind as he has fallen passionately in love with Anne Paston. She, however, is the niece of Nick's arch nemesis Sir Edward Coke, the attorney general. Both these acts have furiously driven Sir Edward to huntdown Nick Cutter and have him put in chains.

The previous description and all these wonderful images are brought to you by Frank Hui. Because of his devotion, I have nothing to say. --Robyn Sotherby
